INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoon of uQueen Organics Matcha
½ teaspoon of honey
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
½ coconut creamer
½ cup of cinnamon oats granola with flax seeds
½ cup coconut flakes
¼ hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of honey drizzled on top for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Matcha Mixture:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, coconut creamer, and 2 teaspoons of uQueen Organics Matcha Powder until the matcha is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Add 1/2 teaspoon of honey to the matcha mixture and whisk again to combine.
Add Chia Seeds:
Add the chia seeds to the matcha mixture. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly dispersed throughout the mixture.
Let It Set:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
Prepare the Toppings:
While the chia pudding is setting, mix the cinnamon oats granola with flax seeds, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds in a separate bowl. This will be your crunchy topping.
Assemble the Pudding:
Once the chia pudding has set and is ready to serve, give it a good stir to ensure the texture is consistent to your liking.
Transfer the pudding into a serving bowl.
Add Toppings:
Sprinkle the granola, coconut, and hemp seed mixture over the top of the chia pudding.
Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the toppings for a touch of sweetness.
Serve:
Enjoy your uQueen Organics Matcha Chia Pudding immediately, or cover and refrigerate until you're ready to serve. It's a versatile dish that can be enjoyed as a refreshing breakfast, a healthy snack, or even a light dessert.
