Yogurt Berry Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for added sweetness) ¼ cup blackberries ¼ cup strawberries, sliced ¼ cup blueberries 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon flax meal
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Fruit:
Wash the blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
Assemble the Yogurt Bowl:
Scoop the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl. Use a plain variant for a tangier taste or vanilla for a hint of sweetness.
Arrange the blackberries, sliced strawberries, and blueberries on top of the yogurt in sections or mixed together, depending on your preference.
Add the Seeds and Meal:
Sprinkle the hemp seeds evenly over the bowl for a nutty flavor and a boost of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Add the chia seeds, spreading them across the bowl to add texture and fiber.
Finally, sprinkle the flax meal over the top. Flax meal will add a slightly nutty flavor and is a great source of dietary fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
Mix and Serve:
Gently mix the ingredients together if you prefer a combined flavor or leave them layered for a varied texture with each spoonful.
Enjoy immediately to benefit from the crunchy texture of the seeds.
