The Menstrual Cramp Relief Heat Patch is an effective solution that harnesses the healing power of herbs, to ease period cramps. This adhesive heating patch provides natural heat therapy infused with mood-boosting botanicals to alleviate minor menstrual cramp pain.
Main Ingredients
Iron Powder, Activated Charcoal, Vermiculite, Sodium Chloride, Absorbent Resin, Polyacrylic Acid, Sodium Salt, Water (Aqua), Mugwort Essential Oil, Ginger Extract, Motherwort Extract.
Directions
Clean the skin in the center of the abdomen with warm water and massage for approximately 5 minutes.
Open the package and apply the powder bag directly to the skin around your navel to absorb the energy of the herbs. Press lightly and smooth it onto the skin tightly. The patch will heat up in 5-10 minutes. If you don't feel any warmth, remove the bag.
